THE GOOD DEEDS OF 2025
Over the past year, we’ve supported charities that help people, protect the environment and reduce waste, all with the aim of making a positive difference. We’re grateful for your support, which has made these initiatives possible.
Through our International Women’s Day campaign, we raised £17,000 which we donated to Women for Women International, who help survivors of war rebuild their lives. We also donated clothing to New Future Project and New Dawn New Day charities that provide holistic support for vulnerable women and young people.
We continued our support of The National Forest by donating £5,000 to help plant trees, create new woodlands, and support people and businesses to enjoy and benefit from this new wooded landscape. Our staff members participated in a volunteering day at the forest
We contributed to The Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal and supported our staff-chosen charities by matching their donations to Rainbows Hospice, Keech Hospice Care and Macmillan Cancer Support.
2025 saw the start of our partnership with The Herd Theatre whose mission is to make creativity and play a part of every child’s life and bring more opportunities for joy, connection, and imagination to families who need it most. We donated some end of season props from our store window displays that were brought to life again through, ‘A Limitless Recycled Playground – Replay’, transforming unused materials into imaginative spaces for play.
We never have, and never will, throw away a single piece of clothing. Throughout the year we donated over 1,300 pieces of clothing to charities including the British Red Cross and Barnardo’s, to help those in need.
Each of these initiatives reinforces our belief that doing the right thing should be part of how we operate, every day. Thank you for joining us.
