REGISTERING FOR OUR ONLINE ACCOUNT
We really would like to encourage all of our customers to register for an online account on our website as it gives you a wider range of exclusive services and makes placing an order even easier.
Registering an online account with us enables you to view your previous orders. You are able to save your billing address and multiple delivery addresses and by simply logging in when placing your order, all your details are saved. You will never have to enter your address details while ordering again. You are also able to track your order through our website once it has been despatched.
Registering is easy. Simply hover with the mouse cursor over the Account section at the upper right corner of the home page and click on “Sign in or Register”. Then click “New customer” tab, if you have never registered for an online account with us, fill in the fields with your details and set up your personal password.
LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT
When logging into your online account, please ensure the following:
- The autofill option is not active in your browser and therefore pre-fills the password field with an incorrect or out-of-date password.
- The correct login is used for the correct website - if you also have an account with our sister brand Wrap London, your login details might be different from those you are using for Poetry®. There are individual login details for all our websites. Our websites are: Poetry® US, Poetry® UK, Poetry® Germany, Wrap London US, Wrap London UK, Wrap London Germany.
If you are still unable to log into your account, please use the "Forgotten Your Password?" link below the account login fields to set up a new password.
If you have not received the password reset email after a few minutes, please check your spam folder and make sure that you are using the correct email address which is associated with your online account.
UPDATING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
We cannot change your email address as this is your login to your online account with us. Should you want to change your login you need to log into your account and update it yourself. Alternatively, you can create a new account with us.
REVIEWING ORDER HISTORY
If you wish to review your recent orders, please log into your online account, click on "Track my orders" and you will be able to access this information there.
Please bear in mind, that you will not be able to see any orders placed before the date that you've registered for your online account.
