Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to mainland Europe. We expect this situation to last no more than 10 days and will be updating this page as soon as our service is back to normal. Deliveries to the rest of the world are not affected.
We are happy to fulfill orders to most other international addresses from our UK website and would like to introduce our new international FedEx delivery service. Please find some insight from our warehouse co-ordinator Aylin (March 2021) below.
"Shipping internationally Post-Brexit came with some challenges, however we are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer a fast and efficient door-to-door delivery service to our international customers. All orders are shipped via FedEx, our longstanding partner shipping to the States, on their priority service. As a first step, I had to make sure that all the Tariff Codes are updated in the FedEx software for the different countries as well as that all our garments with their harmonised codes are imported into the system. This was time-consuming and challenging but I am very happy with how quickly we were able to get everything set up and running. I am now overseeing the team which is responsible for manually preparing all our international orders on a daily basis. The service is now running so smoothly that when I tracked an order we sent to the Netherlands last week, this was delivered the very next day."
All orders are sent via FedEx and are fully trackable, all import duties and local taxes are covered by us.
Orders sent within Europe are charged at £18.00 and are looking to arrive within 3 working days.
For the rest of the world, orders are charged at £20.00 per order and can take between 7 and 10 days to arrive.
Free returns are not available to addresses outside of the UK, any returns are at the recipient's cost including any taxes or charges that you may incur.
